SVN Wales
Hello and welcome to SVN Wales!
Helo a chroeso I’r rhanbarth WiSCV Cymru!
SVN Wales is the newest member to the SVN and was set up in January 2009. This area is unique in SVN as the systems for Wales are different than the rest of the country, and therefore it is important that the institutions in Wales are part of a national group.
The area currently has 4 members in HE institutions - Aberystwyth, Bangor, Cardiff and Swansea. We also work with many FE institutions around Wales and continue to grow and develop.
The SVN Reps for Wales are Hannah Preedy, who is based at Discovery Volunteering at Swansea University, and the vice-rep is Helen Munroe who is based at Bangor University.
If you would like any further information about the SVN Wales network, or if you want to get involved, please don’t hesitate to get in touch;
